B.Tech CSE (Computer Science & Engineering) is the foundational engineering degree that covers everything from operating systems and computer networks to database management, algorithms, software engineering, and web development. Syllabus Differences

Both branches share common first-year subjects (Mathematics, Physics, Basic Programming). AI-DS graduates target roles like Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, AI Researcher, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, and NLP Engineer. While AI-DS roles currently offer 10-20% higher starting salaries, CSE roles offer broader job market availability.
